Michael Allio is an entrepreneur, devoted father, and reality TV personality best known for his appearances on "The Bachelorette" (Season 17) and "Bachelor in Paradise" (Season 8). But beyond television, Michael’s story is rooted in love, loss, and purpose.

After losing his wife, Laura, to breast cancer in 2019, Michael stepped fully into life as a widower and single dad, channeling his grief into something meaningful. Driven by his late wife’s experience and the challenges she faced during treatment, he founded St. James Therapeutics with a mission to develop better pain-relief products for cancer patients.

At his core, Michael is a family-first man whose journey through heartbreak has shaped his commitment to helping others — on screen and far beyond it.
